- Hotel cost covered for conference attendees only at listed hotel only for evening of May 4 and/or 5
- Credit card is required for hotel reservation for incidentals (not covered)
- Attendees must make own hotel reservation
- If you must cancel the hotel, notifiy the hotel directly. Any hotel reservations unused will be billed to the person it was reserved
- If you must cancel your registration for the symposium, email contact@data4ss.org by April 30 to avoid at $25 fee to cover food costs
- Travel costs and evening meals are not covered
- Parking is free
